1. Our service call fee for residential service is $59.95 -- for commercial/business this fee is $99.95. If you choose to repair with us, $20 of this fee will be included in the repair cost. This rate is always the same, even for evening and weekend service.

2. After we have performed an analysis of your appliance, we will present to you a detailed estimate for the total cost of the repair. Once you have approved this estimate, we will begin the repair process.

3. We offer competitive pricing for our repair services. If you've been quoted a lower price, please send us the written estimate and we will match the price with 5% off.

4. We offer a $10 OFF coupon online, which can be applied toward any completed appliance repair. Limit one promotion/coupon per service call.

Our payments options are very flexible. We accept the following payments: cash, check, major credit (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover), invoice payments (if approved in advance), or payments over the phone.
